Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer

You will get the opportunity to:

• Work on

  residential, commercial, and redevelopment interiors

  .
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Learn the complete lifecycle of a project —

  from concept to execution

  .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating

  conceptual layouts, detailed drawings, and presentations

  .
• Work on

  interior planning, material selection, and 3D visualization

  .
• Support site visits for

  measurements, execution monitoring, and quality checks

  .
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material and design execution.
• Prepare

  AutoCAD drawings

  and assist in

  authority submission plans

  .
• Ensure design compliance with

  DCPR/UDCPR norms

  for relevant projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design

  .

• 6 months – 1 year

  of relevant work experience (internships can be counted).
• Strong command of

  AutoCAD

  (mandatory).
• Knowledge of

  SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

  is a plus.
• Good communication skills in

  English

  ;

  Marathi/Hindi

  preferred.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

• Navi Mumbai residents

  or those with

  experience working on Navi Mumbai projects

  preferred.
