Job Description

Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation. Conduct site visits, surveys, and compile relevant project data. Support the development of conceptual and detailed design proposals. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as required. Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations. Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate records. Research materials, products, codes, and regulations. Assist in updating design revisions and maintaining project documentation. Undertake any task necessary to ensure the smooth and precise achievement of project goals and deadlines. Qualifications Minimum Diploma in Architecture or interior design from a recognized institution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic knowledge of relevant design and presentation software. Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and design principles. Ability to conduct site visits and accurately document observations. Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on varied responsibilities within project scope. Show more Show less
