Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through execution  Prepare and present detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp  Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes  Ensure adherence to design standards, budgets, and timelines  Stay updated on materials, construction techniques, and industry trends  Conduct site visits as required to ensure design compliance and resolve issues  Support in project documentation, specifications, and timelines Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture  Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural design  Creative mind with a strong interest in architectural concepts and design solutions  Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory  Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project experience  Excellent communication and coordination skills  Familiarity with local building codes and construction practices  Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills  Knowledge of local building codes and construction standard Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
