Architect (Immediate Joiner)

A BIM Architect specializes in creating and managing Building Information Models (BIMs) to facilitate efficient building design and construction processes. They utilize software like Revit to create 3D models, collaborate with project teams, analyze construction details, and ensure all project data is accurately integrated. Their role is crucial in improving project visualization, coordination, and decision-making throughout the building lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Model Development: Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate various disciplines into a cohesive model.
• Clash Detection: Utilize tools like Navisworks for clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules derived from the BIM model.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members on BIM processes and software usage.
• Project Coordination: Participate in coordination meetings to address issues and ensure seamless integration of all project components.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling, specifically using Revit.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is advantageous.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
