Job Description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Location: Pune and Bangalore Experience Range: 12 to 15 yrs Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation projects. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations. Delivery Management: Ensure project milestones, scope, timelines, and budgets are met, with a focus on high-quality execution. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Governance & Compliance: Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance while ensuring best practices and industry standards. Must-Have Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects. Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Solid experience in customer handling and stakeholder management. Deep understanding of delivery management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Hands-on experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management. Good-to-Have Skills: PMP / PRINCE2 or any Project Management Certification. Experience in multi-vendor and global project environments. Exposure to other Dynamics 365 modules (e. g. , CE, SCM). Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project tracking tools.
