  Responsibilities: • 12+ years of experience in large-scale IT system development, design, and implementation • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs. • Create technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution blueprints. • Develop proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations for complex embedded systems. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, advise, empathize and explain to varied audiences, at all levels. • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and risk analysis for proposed solutions. • Experience with Architecture Patterns, micro services architecture, data modelling, Web/app technologies, Cloud technologies like AWS or Azure • Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities • Should have participated in, and be familiar with, SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project methodologies • Strong time management and problem-solving skills • Able to work successfully under tight project deadlines and pressure • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit test • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and enforce quality standards. Technical Skillset: • Past experience in VSTO to office.js migration project • Strong understanding of Office.js and Azure Graph APIs • Strong knowledge of Typescript, React and Javascript • Familiar with various Security & Compliance solutions (Managed Identity & Key Vault, Azure RBAC & Data Encryption, Azure AD, OAuth) • Knowledge of SP libraries setup, metadata, permissions, Graph API mapping • Should be familiar with TFS, GIT source code management for code repository. • Good understanding of Performance Optimization Strategies • Must be able to write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code as Individual Contributor.
