We are seeking a highly creative and business-oriented Architect with proven expertise in hospitality and retail design. The candidate must have end-to-end project handling experience – from conceptual design and client pitching to team management, execution oversight, and final project closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Engagement

• Generate new business opportunities in the hospitality & retail sector.
• Build strong client relationships, understand requirements, and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Prepare high-impact client presentations, design pitches, and walkthroughs to win projects.
• Negotiate and support contract finalization and project sign-off.

Design Conceptualization & Execution

• Lead concept-to-completion design development for hospitality & retail interiors.
• Create mood boards, 2D plans, 3D renders, material palettes, and design presentations.
• Ensure design aligns with brand identity, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with production, site, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Project & Team Management

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Guide and mentor a design team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers.
• Conduct site visits, reviews, and client meetings during project lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth handover and final project submission with client satisfaction.

Strategic & Creative Contribution

• Stay updated with global hospitality & retail design trends.
• Infuse innovation, design intelligence, and brand storytelling into projects.
• Work closely with top management on strategic growth and market positioning.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong portfolio in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, F&B outlets) and retail design (flagship stores, rollouts, showrooms).
• Mastery in conceptual design, space planning, brand-driven interiors, and experiential design.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills for pitching and negotiations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and execution drawings.
• Strong leadership, team handling, and multi-project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture / Interior Design.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality & retail fit-outs.
• Proven success in client acquisition, pitching, and delivering turnkey projects.
