Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Thane. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the architectural design process for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring project adherence to timelines, and integrating sustainable design practices. The Architect will also manage project documentation and oversee site execution to guarantee that design specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in sustainable and ecological design practices is a plus
