Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our real estate team. The role involves designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery aligned with company standards and RERA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings for real estate projects (villas, apartments, commercial buildings, etc.).
• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure design alignment with project feasibility, Vastu, and local building codes.

2. Documentation & Approvals:

• Prepare all necessary documentation for plan sanctions, approvals, and RERA submissions.
• Coordinate with legal and liaison teams for approvals from municipal and government authorities.

3. Coordination:

• Work closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated design solutions.
• Collaborate with contractors and site engineers during execution stages to ensure adherence to design intent.

4. Site Supervision:

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications.
• Address on-site design modifications and provide technical support to the execution team.

5. Project Management:

• Maintain timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted as per project schedule.
• Participate in review meetings with management, vendors, and clients.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
