Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with expertise in both interior design and civil/structural works. The role involves designing functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces while ensuring compliance with building regulations and project timelines. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual designs, layouts, and working drawings for interior and civil projects. Prepare detailed architectural and structural plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes. Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors for seamless execution. Create 3D visualizations, material boards, and presentations for client approval. Ensure that projects align with budget, quality standards, and sustainability practices. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain design integrity. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for interiors. Stay updated on latest design trends, construction technologies, and building materials. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Licensed/Registered Architect (as per local regulations preferred). 1–3 years of experience in architectural design, interiors, and civil project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar design tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, structural concepts, and interior design standards. Excellent visualization, space-planning, and detailing skills. Strong communication, project management, and client-handling abilities. Preferred Attributes Experience in commercial and industrial projects.
