Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, concept development, and preparation of drawings and 3D models.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, and construction documents.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to design quality and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review materials, BOQs, and vendor submissions.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee their design output.

Requirement

• sBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
• .0–5 years of proven experience in architectural design and project delivery
• .Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building regulations
• .Excellent design sense, detailing, and visualization skills
• .Strong communication and client-handling abilities
• .Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
