What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong design development and working drawing experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & MS Office
  • Understanding of local building by-laws and DCR norms
  • Effective coordination with clients, consultants, and teams
  • Experience with site visits and project execution is a plus


2. Liaisoning Executive (SRA/MHADA Projects)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in managing submissions and approvals with SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc.
  • Familiarity with DCPR 2034 and redevelopment procedures
  • Strong documentation and compliance tracking skills
  • Ability to coordinate with authorities, architects, and legal teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication abilities
