Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, based in Bengaluru. The Architect and Designer will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integrating design solutions into functional spaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, developing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and overseeing project execution from inception to completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Relevant certifications and professional licenses are a plus
Architecture and Architectural Design skills
Project Management skills
Proficient in Architectural softwares like (AutoCAD, 3D model software photoshop, rendering software, sketchup, lumion, Revit, Vray, enscape etc )
Experience in Software Development and Integration
Knowledge in Interior designing
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
