Architect (Design Consultant & Business Development)

Position Overview

We are looking for creative and business-oriented Architects to join our team as Design Consultants. This role is a hybrid of design advisory and business development, where the architect will not only support clients in selecting the right furniture and customization options but also build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Understand client/project requirements and guide them in selecting the right products, finishes, and customizations.
• Design Support: Provide design inputs, mood boards, and technical assistance for projects handled by CURA HOME.
• Business Development: Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to bring in new projects and collaborations.
• Account Management: Act as the single point of contact for each project — from enquiry to delivery.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with design, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of architect-led projects.
• Representation: Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent CURA HOME’s design and product capabilities.
• Documentation: Maintain records of client interactions, project progress, and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 2–6 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
• Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and finishes.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and prepare architectural drawings/specifications.
• Business acumen and willingness to engage in client acquisition.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
