Role Description

Purpose:To conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural and interior layouts aligning with DE MAIZON’s premium and functional design standards.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct site measurements and prepare architectural layouts & working drawings.• Coordinate with clients to finalize concepts, materials, and finishes.• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, detailed elevations, ceiling, electrical & plumbing layouts.• Work with engineers and site supervisors to ensure design execution accuracy.• Attend site visits for coordination and client approvals.• Maintain design records and ensure all documentation is up to date

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma with strong portfolio)• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior design & architectural execution• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and MS Office• Experience in preparing complete working drawings:– Detailed plans, elevations, sections– Electrical, plumbing & ceiling layouts– Material & finish drawings• Deep understanding of modern design trends, materials, and site execution standards• Experience in client interaction, vendor coordination, & site supervision• Ability to take independent design decisions aligned with premium quality standards• Strong command in space planning & detailing for residential and commercial interiors• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills• High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple ongoing projects
