Role Description Purpose: To conceptualize, plan, and develop architectural and interior layouts aligning with DE MAIZON’s premium and functional design standards. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site measurements and prepare architectural layouts & working drawings. • Coordinate with clients to finalize concepts, materials, and finishes. • Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings, detailed elevations, ceiling, electrical & plumbing layouts. • Work with engineers and site supervisors to ensure design execution accuracy. • Attend site visits for coordination and client approvals. • Maintain design records and ensure all documentation is up to date Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma with strong portfolio) • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior design & architectural execution • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and MS Office • Experience in preparing complete working drawings: – Detailed plans, elevations, sections – Electrical, plumbing & ceiling layouts – Material & finish drawings • Deep understanding of modern design trends, materials, and site execution standards • Experience in client interaction, vendor coordination, & site supervision • Ability to take independent design decisions aligned with premium quality standards • Strong command in space planning & detailing for residential and commercial interiors • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills • High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset • Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple ongoing projects
