Position: Architect – Core Lending Platform

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: CTO

Role Overview

Lending Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities

Design
end-to-end architecture
for the lending platform, covering
loan origination, underwriting, KYC, disbursal, servicing, and collections
.
Define
system integrations
with credit bureaus, KYC providers, payment gateways, and accounting/ERP systems.
Ensure
scalability, modularity, and high availability
in platform design.
Drive
API-first architecture
to enable partner integrations (banks, DSAs, digital platforms).
Implement
robust security protocols
for data, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Product and Risk teams to ensure
policies are translated into system logic
.
Mentor development teams and
review code, designs, and deployments
.
Stay updated with
FinTech innovations (AI/ML in lending, blockchain, digital gold custody, etc.)
.

Key Requirements

12–16 years of experience in
solution architecture / platform engineering
in BFSI/FinTech.
Proven expertise in
loan management systems, digital lending platforms, or NBFC tech stacks
.
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Java/.NET, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, databases
.
Experience with
KYC, digital lending, credit bureau integrations, and payment rails
.
Familiarity with
RBI/NBFC compliance frameworks
.
Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
