Architect (ATC)

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and work closely withProduct Owner (Client business team) Ensure alignment with business goals, market needs, and user insights. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback synthesis.Backlog Management Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria. Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business value. Ensure development work aligns with product priorities and deadlines.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams. Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication along withProduct Owner (Client business). Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable work items. Provide timely updates and manage expectations.Execution & Delivery Ensure solutions meet customer needs and quality standards. Validate features through testing, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Track product performance using KPIs and iterate based on data.
