Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in East Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the development of various architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural designs, managing project timelines, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The Architect will also lead project management efforts to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge in Softwares specially Autocad and Revit both.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in luxury real estate or large-scale developments is a plus
