Job Opportunity: Architect / Architectural Firm – Office Building Project (Indore)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Project Type: Full-time Contract / Project-based

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect or Architectural Firm based in Indore for an upcoming end-to-end office building project. The ideal candidate or firm should have a proven track record in commercial/office space architecture and be capable of handling both design and execution with excellence.

Project Scope Includes:

• End-to-end architectural design and space planning
• Dismantling of existing structures (if applicable)
• Construction planning and execution
• Interior design, furniture layout, and modern workspace aesthetics
• Project management from initiation to final handover
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery

Key Requirements:

• Based in or able to work full-time from Indore
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial/office architecture
• Strong portfolio of executed corporate or commercial spaces
• Expertise in modern office layouts, ergonomics, and design innovation
• Experience in coordinating with civil, electrical, and MEP consultants
• Ability to manage vendors, site work, and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed/Registered Architect (if individual)
• Familiarity with local regulatory and safety codes
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
