Architect / 3d Visualizer ( Wedding & Corporate Event Planner)

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding and Corporate Event Planner. The ideal candidate should have a passion for event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

During the internship period, you will gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, vendor management, and client servicing. Based on your performance and dedication, you may be offered a full-time position after the 3-month internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Support in vendor coordination (venues, decorators, caterers, artists, etc.).
• Contribute to creating event concepts, themes, and timelines.
• Handle event logistics, scheduling, and on-ground execution.
• Assist in budgeting and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure event quality, smooth flow, and client satisfaction.
• Manage documentation, reports, and post-event feedback.

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree in architecture or a related field.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of software programs such as Revit, Lumion, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp etc
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media coordination is an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late evenings during events.

Education:

Graduate or pursuing a degree in architecture or related fields.

Duration & Growth:

• Internship Duration: 3 Months
• Conversion: Permanent role based on performance, commitment, and capability.
