Job Description

maps, satellite data, and 3D modeling tools


Handle GIS & Mapping Data

  • Take data from satellites, drones, and CAD files
  • Clean it up and turn it into usable layers (roads, pipes, land, etc.)
  • Make maps and 3D views using software like

    ArcGIS Pro

3D Modeling & Digital Twin

  • Turn 2D data into

    3D models

  • Combine data from

    drones, laser scans (LiDAR), BIM models like Revit

  • Help connect all this to

    asset maintenance systems

    (like CMMS)

Data Analysis & Terrain Study

  • Analyze terrain: slopes, heights, cut/fill
  • Use tools like buffer, overlay, and spatial joins
  • Support engineers with land insights

Field Survey Integration

  • Use data from GPS, drones, total stations
  • Make sure all coordinates match and are accurate

Work With Teams

  • Coordinate with surveyors, BIM experts, engineers
  • Create reports, documentation, and publish web dashboards using ArcGIS Online
