As an Outbound Soft Collection Agent, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls for soft collection reminders in Arabic, English, and Hindi. Your main focus will be to maintain a courteous and professional tone during all customer interactions. It is crucial to accurately record and update call outcomes and customer feedback. In case of any complex issues, you should escalate them to the management support team. It is important to adhere to pre-defined scripts and compliance guidelines while collaborating with the team and attending regular briefings as scheduled.
