Job Description Title: Night Senior Team Leader Summary of Job Requirements: As a Senior Team Leader you are responsible for several areas that are key to success for the Prochant, an outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry. In this role, you are accountable to manage the team at night and ensure quality and productivity targets are met. You are responsible for identifying issues and alerting the appropriate parties before these issues are identified by the client. Your job is to enhance and expand the capacity of your Senior Account Manager, allowing Prochant to expand the scope of its teams to include a much larger client base. A deep and thorough understanding of the entire process followed by Prochant production workers in all shifts is a must. In addition, you are responsible for several other key quality assurance measures including claims corrections, reviewing appeals, and internal tasking/emails. Finally, you will have some responsibility in client management and communication as well as escalating communications to the Senior Account Manager only when necessary.. Essential Functions: Production Monitoring - overall responsibility for monitoring daily production for assigned clients and updating the Connect Portal with this information. Production Continuity ensure that key processes are completed daily. Process Documents / Standard Operating Procedures own and enhance each clients SOPs, ensuring each is current and accessible to all stakeholders. Daily Tracker - As a Team Leader you are responsible to track the daily production of your subordinates ie., What has been Allocated Vs. What has been Achieved. Production Tracker - Maintaining the Production log of your team members on a daily basis ie.,Target Vs. Achieved. Daily Standing Meeting prepare for this daily meeting between team leadership in India and the U.S. by consolidating production information, reporting results, and associated red flags. Always bring proposed solutions when reporting these issues. Report Generation - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on KPI, Target log and consolidated monthly production. Allocation of work - allocating the work to the subordinates and ensure a smooth flow of production and portal client tracking Tracking system denial trend Escalations - identifying global issues in AR and escalating it to the Senior Team Lead and Account Manager Team Meeting - Regular team meetings on production. One to One Meet : One to one meeting must be conducted on performance review. Communication good rapport with Senior Team Leader and Assistant Manager, review emails and tasks typically sent to the Senior Account Manager and respond or forward as appropriate, taking a significant work load of the SAM. Month End Procedures overall responsibility for ensuring that month end procedures are implemented for each client in a timely manner. This includes notification of impending close, task reminders both internal and from client(s), and reviewing/storing month end reports Training Train the new joiners on work process and give them adequate knowledge transfer on the domain . Other duties may be assigned as needed for program expansion and efficient operation of the organization Key Competencies Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities. Professional presentation skills and confidence when speaking. Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze issues and identify potential liabilities. Strong leadership skills to promote personal and professional development and teamwork. Ability to maintain strong professional relationships with internal teams and management. Consistent demonstration of a professional, positive attitude.
