Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for AR Executives - US Healthcare, located in New Delhi. The AR Executive will manage billing and account receivables processes, resolve outstanding claims, and maintain effective communication with clients to ensure revenue goals are met. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated with the latest healthcare regulations, and providing detailed reporting on account statuses and collections. The ideal candidate will actively drive efficient workflows and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Account Management, including managing client accounts and ensuring timely collections.
• Sales and Sales Operations skills, particularly in managing inquiries and driving process improvements.
• Experience in Consultative Selling, including the ability to build long-term client relationships and propose tailored solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Healthcare domain, including insurance claims processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving account discrepancies.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
