Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Manager for Accounts Receivable/Collections at EY Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing billing and accounting processes, managing billing teams, conducting reconciliations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are followed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee direct billing and accounting month-end close processes. - Manage and lead billing teams, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. - Conduct deep reconciliations and maintain accuracy in financial reporting. - Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and account management teams to ensure best practices are followed. - Identify inefficiencies within the team and implement effective solutions to improve processes. - Maintain a strong understanding of revenue recognition and invoicing processes. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders, flagging potential issues before they escalate. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in managing a team, demonstrating successful leadership and team development. - Extensive background in accounting and billing, with a focus on reconciliations. - Familiarity with billing subscription models and experience with Salesforce or NetSuite (and JIRA). - Strong technical proficiency in accounting principles and invoicing procedures. **Additional Company Details:** EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets.
