AR Caller - US Healthcare

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves following up with US-based insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.
• Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on accounts receivable.
• Handle patient billing queries and verify/correct insurance details.
• Post cash payments and write off adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PHI confidentiality standards.
• Support smooth medical billing cycle operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of AR Caller experience in Healthcare RCM is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Typing speed of 30-35 WPM
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage work queues independently and collaboratively
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Shift: US Night Shift (mandatory, office-based)
Salary Range: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum
