Job Description

As an experienced AR Caller joining our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, your role will involve following up with US-based insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate claim resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Call US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending claims. - Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on accounts receivable. - Handle patient billing queries and verify/correct insurance details. - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PHI confidentiality standards. - Support smooth medical billing cycle operations. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience: Minimum 1 year of AR Caller experience in Healthcare RCM is mandatory. - Skills: - Strong verbal & written communication - Typing speed of 30-35 WPM - Problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to manage work queues independently and collaboratively - Immediate Joiners preferred. In addition to the above, the company operates in the Healthcare & Medical billing industry and offers benefits such as food and Provident Fund. The job requires working the US Night Shift in person. Please note that proficiency in English is required for this role.,
