Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Chennai. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to help students prepare for various competitive exams. The trainer will also develop and update training materials, assess student performance through regular testing, provide feedback, and mentor students to enhance their problem-solving skills and exam strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
• Strong grasp on Verbal Ability and Communication Skills
• Ability to create and update training materials and curriculum
• Experience in conducting classroom sessions and workshops
• Excellent presentation and mentoring skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in aptitude training or test preparation is a plus
