Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Jaipur. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to students to enhance their aptitude skills. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting workshops, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest aptitude training methodologies and trends to ensure the highest quality of training is provided. Qualifications Strong aptitude training skills, including quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to assess student performance and provide tailored feedback Passion for teaching and mentoring students Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in aptitude training or test preparation is a plus Show more Show less
