Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training & Content Specialist with a minimum of one year of hands-on training experience in Aptitude or Technical subjects. The candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions and developing technical and aptitude content that aligns with current industry and placement requirements. This dual-role position is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching and content creation, with a focus on enhancing learner engagement and knowledge retention. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on Aptitude and/or Technical topics (including C, C++, Java, Python, DSA, SQL) for student groups. Develop comprehensive and structured training materials and question sets for placement preparation. Collaborate with content development teams to create and refine questions, assessments, and learning modules. Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback. Adapt training strategies to suit diverse learner needs and evolving placement trends. Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with placement goals. Maintain and update training schedules and documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in training Aptitude or Technical subjects. Strong command over Aptitude and/or programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, DSA, and SQL. Proven ability to create effective training content and assessments. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both classroom and online training environments. Knowledge of instructional design principles. Familiarity with placement processes and industry hiring standards.
