About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aptitude & Soft Skills Trainer to train MBA, BE,

and B.Tech students. The role involves enhancing students analytical, problem-solving,

communication, and interpersonal skills to prepare them for campus placements and professional

success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver aptitude training modules including quantitative aptitude, logical

reasoning, and verbal ability.

• Conduct soft skills sessions on communication, teamwork, presentation, and interview

preparation.

• Develop customized training plans and assessment tools for different student batches.

• Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests to simulate campus

recruitment drives.

• Provide individual feedback and mentoring to help students improve their

employability skills.

• Coordinate with placement and academic teams to align training outcomes with industry

expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

• Proficiency in creating training content and practice modules.

• Familiarity with campus recruitment trends and assessment patterns.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Management, Mathematics, or

related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience as an aptitude/soft skills trainer for MBA, BE, or B.Tech

students.

• Additional certifications in training or communication skills
