Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data quality and integrity by developing validation checks and monitoring processes. Implement best practices for data governance and security across all data engineering initiatives. Optimize existing data systems for improved performance and reduced costs. Create comprehensive documentation of data systems and processes for future reference and training. Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on data access and visualization Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, BigQuery, or Dataflow. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Data Studio.
