About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information between clients, developers, and designers
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with senior management
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Track project progress and performance using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion and high-quality output
• Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders
• Act as the single point of contact for clients and ensure clear, professional communication
• Support QA teams during testing and UAT phases
• Ensure adherence to agile development practices and project workflows
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software/mobile app development environment
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of mobile and web technologies is a plus
  

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in client-facing roles
• Exposure to project management tools like MS Project, Monday.com
• Certification in Agile/Scrum or PMP (a plus)
