To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed university. You must have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, good communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies. Familiarity with IT applications, basic knowledge of programming languages like C, C#, Java, Python, or SQL, understanding of database systems and SQL queries, basic networking concepts, and awareness of cybersecurity principles are desirable skills for this role.
