Job Description

Review User Stories to ensure the full scope of a requirement is understood and addressed

Validate the correctness of IT deliveries and configuration changes
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system enhancements, upgrades, or bug fixes, impacting operational workflows in any of the Global Payments application suite
Compile UAT results (test packs) and conclusions for review and approval.
End-to-End testing (Front office, Middle office, and Back Office) applications in conjunction with the respective team
Clear and comprehensive logging of bugs/issues found during UAT ensuring timely follow and resolution
Working closely with all levels of management, operational staff, and multiple IT Teams (QA, BA, Developers)
