Apprentice - Legal

Role Overview: As an Admin Support in the Legal department at PPL, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to the entire legal team. You will report directly to the General Manager - Legal and support the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the team in vendor code creation and manage the end-to-end invoicing process, which includes verifying, processing, and clearing invoices for the legal department. - Help in executing documents by procuring stamp papers, coordinating with signatories for agreements, and other related tasks. - Handle travel bookings for the team and external lawyers in collaboration with the in-house travel desk. - Manage database systems for various trackers like Legal Case, Agreements, Authorizations, Contacts, Files, and Books for the team. - Track subscriptions and maintain databases for legal research purposes. - Support the team in legacy data management and provide assistance in using the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool. - Oversee petty cash, stationary management, coordination with vendors, and tracking for the team. - Manage Forex transactions when required and provide any other necessary support to the legal team as needed. Qualifications Required: - Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficient in effective time management, computer skills, attention to detail, communication, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to maintain meticulous record-keeping both in digital formats and hard copies.
