As a Legal Student for CLM Project, you will be involved in various tasks to support the project. Your responsibilities will include: - Contract Validation: You will validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint by comparing them against a manifest file (Excel) containing around 30 fields such as company names, business details, dates, and signatures. - Data Population: Your role will involve accurately populating the manifest file with the correct values. - Data Verification: After contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM, you will ensure that the data provided in the manifest file is uploaded correctly. Qualifications required for this role include: - Pursuing BA LLB degree - Expected passout year: 2023, 2024, or 2025 This is an excellent opportunity for legal students to gain hands-on experience in contract management and data verification processes.,
