We are seeking a proactive and social media-savvy individual to connect and collaborate with influencers across Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns to generate leads and bookings. Strong negotiation skills and a passion for influencer marketing are essential to drive the success of our brand through creative influencer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify relevant influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. - Possess strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and industry regulations. Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, and understanding digital marketing trends is crucial. - Initiate contact and build relationships with influencers to explore collaboration opportunities. Previous agency experience is considered a plus point. - Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and mutual benefit. Provide continuous support to influencers throughout the collaboration period. - Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, analyzing their performance and impact on brand awareness and sales. Utilize data and metrics to measure the success and ROI of influencer collaborations. - Brainstorm creative approaches for campaigns and stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in influencer marketing. Qualification Required: - Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and marketing. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends. - Ability to conduct effective research and reach out to potential partners efficiently.,
