Role Overview

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Executive

booking qualified appointments

Key Responsibilities

Research & build target contact lists
using LinkedIn, business directories, and online databases.
Identify and validate
key decision-makers
in the UAE Free Zones, business consulting, banks and financial services, insurance, and real estate sectors.
Reach out to prospects
via email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls in a professional and consultative manner.
Schedule and confirm appointments
for our senior leadership team with qualified leads.
Maintain and update CRM/spreadsheet with accurate contact history and appointment outcomes.
Collaborate with marketing/sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategy.
Track KPIs like contact-to-appointment conversion, email open/reply rates, and daily outreach metrics.

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in
lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales
, preferably in a B2B or services industry.
Prior exposure to
international or UAE/Gulf markets
is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Confident and articulate when speaking with CXO-level professionals.
Experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRMs
is a big plus.
Strong research skills capable of independently identifying target profiles and companies.
