Update notes – Tag and label every chat in our CRM so the whole team can see it. Hit the goal – By day 30, keep show-up rate above 70 % and no-show rate below 15 %. We’ll coach you to get there. Must-Have Skills At least 1 year setting appointments or doing phone/DM sales. Strong spoken and written English. Can work evening India time. Quiet place to work, good laptop, fast internet. Love numbers and tracking your own results. Worked with marketing funnels or agencies before. Know Google Sheets, or CRM's. What You Get: Base pay: ₹10,000–₹20,000 a month plus uncapped bonuses.
