About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter with exceptional communication and sales skills to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position handling inbound calls only . The ideal candidate must have previous experience in an international call center environment and should be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from potential Australian customers and set up appointments. Engage with customers professionally and persuasively to understand their needs and schedule consultations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system. Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure successful appointment scheduling. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer experience. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in an international call center (Inbound sales or customer service). Outstanding verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or global accent. Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage, persuade, and influence customers. Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining call records. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home working environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Immediate availability to join.
