• Fixed monthly salary + performance-based commissions

Freshers:

• ₹8,000/month Fixed Salary
• 1% Commission on every closed deal

Experienced Candidates:

• ₹12,000/month Fixed Salary
• 1% Commission on every closed deal

• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Confidence in

  cold calling

  and sales communication
• Smartphone + stable internet connection
• Availability of at least

  2 hours per day

• Consistency, discipline, and self-motivation
• Ability to follow SOPs and meet appointment targets
