Job Description:

We are an AI-first enterprise solutions company building cutting-edge systems in Generative AI, Voice Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG & GraphRAG), OCR-based Document Understanding, and AI/ML for Demand Forecasting. Our products power decision-making and automation for leading businesses in FMCG, retail, and other sectors.

If you re passionate about solving real-world problems using AI and want hands-on experience working on high-impact projects, this is your chance to learn, build, and innovate with us right from our Hyderabad office.

What You ll Work On:

You will collaborate with our AI/ML engineering and product teams on one or more of the following focus areas:

Generative AI Applications: Designing and fine-tuning LLM-based systems for enterprise use cases.
Voice AI Agents: Building, integrating, and optimizing natural, human-like conversational agents for real-time interactions.
RAG & GraphRAG Pipelines: Developing context-aware AI retrieval systems for structured and unstructured data.
OCR & Document Understanding: Using tools like Mistral OCR and other models to extract, process, and interpret complex documents (e.g., purchase orders, invoices).
AI/ML for Demand Forecasting: Working on predictive models using historical data, XGBoost, reinforcement learning, and other approaches.
Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly building proof-of-concepts to test new ideas.

What We re Looking For:

We understand you may not have expertise in all areas but we value curiosity, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills & Exposure:

Familiarity with at least one of the following: Generative AI, LLMs, Voice AI, OCR, RAG, GraphRAG, or AI/ML for forecasting.
Experience with Python and common AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB).
Exposure to graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) is a plus.
Comfort with APIs, data preprocessing, and model deployment basics.

Bonus Points for:

GitHub projects, research papers, or hackathon experience.
Experience integrating AI into real-world products.
