Role & responsibilities Extract the details of the Application and Value Engineering (AVE) Lead-to-Order (LTO) requests from the CRM portal and coordinate with the functional manager to accurately complete and record data for the AVE Dashboard. Populate and maintain raw data entries in the AVE Dashboard for both Application Engineering and Component Design functions. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all dashboard entries. Collaborate with Application Engineer (AE) and Component Design Engineering (CDE) team members to gather required data and clarify input requirements. Maintain organized records of data sources and updates for audit and review purposes. Support AE and CDE teams by tracking request status and flagging missing or inconsistent data. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal reviews and audits. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and data integrity. Participate in process improvement initiatives related to CRM data handling and reporting. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field 0 to 1 year in a technical or administrative support role
