Job Summary: We are looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented Executive AHU Maintenance to manage and maintain the AHU systems in our API manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of cleanroom standards , AHU operations , preventive maintenance , and pressure balancing as per GMP guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine operation and preventive maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and associated HVAC equipment. Ensure pressure balancing and airflow monitoring in classified cleanroom areas. Maintain and update all cleanroom and HVAC documentation such as logbooks, checklists, and preventive maintenance records. Conduct HEPA filter integrity checks , airflow validation, and cleanliness classification activities in coordination with the validation team. Identify abnormalities in AHU performance and troubleshoot for timely resolution. Coordinate with production and QA departments to ensure environment compliance. Ensure timely calibration of HVAC-related sensors and instruments (temperature, pressure, RH). Adhere to GMP , GDP , and safety guidelines during all operations and maintenance work. Support in facing regulatory audits and ensure documentation readiness. Required Skills: Good knowledge of HVAC systems , AHUs, and cleanroom environments. Ability to handle GMP documentation and SOP compliance. Experience in pressure balancing and cleanroom HVAC maintenance . Basic troubleshooting skills and preventive maintenance practices. Team player with good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical API or Formulations industry (mandatory)
