Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Senior Executive Engineering Projects to manage and support various capital and modification projects in our API manufacturing plant. The role requires hands-on experience in equipment erection, fabrication, insulation , and project planning, along with coordination and cost management. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities related to new installations, expansions, and facility modifications. Oversee equipment selection , erection, and commissioning as per project requirements. Manage fabrication and insulation works as per design specifications and quality standards. Prepare and review project schedules , monitor progress, and ensure timely completion within approved budgets. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution. Ensure compliance with GMP , safety standards , and engineering best practices during project execution. Verify and process bills related to project works such as civil, mechanical, utility, and electrical jobs. Maintain accurate project documentation including BOQs, drawings, progress reports, and material records. Support validation and qualification activities post-installation in coordination with QA and validation teams. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of equipment erection, utility piping , fabrication, and insulation works. Strong project execution and vendor coordination skills. Familiarity with API industry standards , GMP, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (P&ID, GA, layout plans) . Experience in cost estimation, bill verification , and project documentation. Ability to handle multiple projects with strong time and resource management . Preferred Industry Experience: API Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (mandatory) Exposure to greenfield/brownfield expansion projects will be an advantage.
