Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to wireless technologies. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and ticketing systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
