Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, accurately defining and interpreting issues, and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide exceptional end-user and data center IT asset management support to clients. Accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Interface with clients to ensure world-class systems are running smoothly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely resolution of client issues. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in end-user and data center IT asset management. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of cloud technologies. Strong communication skills to effectively interface with clients. Ability to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge.
