Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing timely support, and ensuring that our systems operate smoothly. You will utilize your communication skills to address client issues effectively, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. Your role will also require you to stay informed about product updates and enhancements, allowing you to offer informed solutions and maintain the quality of service expected by our clients. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.- Document client interactions and solutions to enhance team knowledge.- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
